Flat-rate pricing
$2,495 for all four wisdom teeth with sedation included. No itemized add-ons that creep up the total. If your case is more complex, we will tell you exactly what changes before you book, not after.
Surgical-trained dentist. IV sedation included.
The Offer
Most practices quote you for the extraction and then charge separately for the sedation, the imaging, and the follow-up. By the time the bill comes, the price is hundreds of dollars more than the consultation number.
Joshua Dental does it differently. The $2,495 flat-rate package covers:
You'll know what your case costs before any work begins, and the price you're quoted is the price you pay.
Why Choose Us
$2,495 for all four wisdom teeth with sedation included. No itemized add-ons that creep up the total. If your case is more complex, we will tell you exactly what changes before you book, not after.
IV sedation and general anesthesia under the same roof, so you do not get sent across town to a separate surgery center for the part of the procedure that scares you most. You are monitored continuously by an experienced clinical team.
Wisdom-tooth removal is oral surgery, and you want someone with surgical training doing it. Dr. Joshua Lee is a surgically trained dentist — a Master of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) and a Master of the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics (AAIP), with a surgical residency through the U.S. Army Medical Department.
The Procedure
You arrive in the morning. You'll have skipped breakfast and any drinks for the previous six hours, and a friend or family member will have come with you to drive you home. You change into a comfortable position, the team gets you settled, and IV sedation is started.
From your perspective, you'll close your eyes for a moment and the procedure will be over. Most patients describe it as drifting off and waking up surprised it's already done. The sedation is monitored continuously, and you'll be breathing on your own throughout.
When you wake up, you'll be groggy for an hour or two. Your driver brings you home. You'll have soft food, ice packs, and prescribed medication ready, and you'll spend the next few days on the couch eating yogurt and watching shows. By day five, most patients are back to their normal routine.
That's the whole thing. People build it up in their heads for years and are stunned by how uneventful the actual procedure feels.
Why Now
Wisdom teeth that need to come out only get harder to remove with time. The roots continue to form into the late 20s, anchoring the teeth more deeply into the jaw. Surrounding bone continues to harden. Recovery slows down as you age.
Impacted wisdom teeth that don't come out in time can also cause real problems. They crowd and damage the molars next to them. They form cysts around the impacted roots. They trap food and bacteria in places you can't clean, leading to repeated infections that send people to the emergency room.
If a dentist has told you they need to come out, the best move is almost always sooner. Same with active wisdom-tooth pain: pain doesn't resolve on its own with these teeth. It just comes back worse.
Meet Dr. Joshua Lee, DDS
Dr. Joshua Lee earned his DDS at New York University College of Dentistry, completed his Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency through the U.S. Army Medical Department, and served five years as a dental officer in the U.S. Army before opening his Pasadena practice in 2014. He serves as a volunteer adjunct clinical professor at USC's Oral and Maxillofacial Clinic.
He holds Master-level credentials with both the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics, and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the San Gabriel Valley Dental Society.
For wisdom-tooth patients, what matters most is that the procedure is being performed by someone who does oral surgery routinely, who has full sedation capability in-house, and who will be there for your follow-up if you need anything during recovery.
“Wisdom teeth removal was so smooth I barely noticed they were gone.”
“Got a same-day consultation for emergency wisdom teeth extraction when no one else could help.”
Recovery Timeline
No mystery, no guessing. Here is what the days after the procedure typically feel like.
Rest, ice packs on the cheeks in 20-minute intervals, soft foods only, no straws, no spitting. The numbness wears off over a few hours and you will take prescribed medication for any soreness.
Still soft foods, swelling usually peaks and then begins to come down, gentle saltwater rinses start. Most patients are watching shows and texting normally.
Most patients are back to school or work for desk-based or low-activity tasks. Eating starts to expand back to softer normal foods.
You are essentially back to normal. We will see you for a follow-up to confirm everything healed cleanly.
